Mel Robbins' platform serves a massive global audience across podcast episodes, books, topics, and newsletter journeys. I designed and developed the product experience to keep discovery intuitive at scale while preserving clear conversion paths for subscribers and readers.
01 — CHALLENGE
Large content ecosystems can overwhelm users quickly
When a platform has deep content volume and multiple user intents, navigation and page hierarchy can become noisy. The challenge was to make high-priority actions obvious without reducing content depth.
02 — APPROACH
Design a clear discovery-to-action flow
I structured the experience around layered discovery:
- high-clarity hero positioning for first-time visitors,
- topic-first navigation for fast exploration,
- and repeatable call-to-action placement for podcast, books, and newsletter conversion.
The system is designed so users can move from broad exploration to specific next steps without friction.
03 — BUILD
Translate IA and UX intent directly into shipped UI
Handling both design and development enabled tight iteration between content structure and real UI behavior. I refined hierarchy, spacing, and interaction details in implementation to keep the final experience aligned with product intent.
04 — OUTCOME
